MeadowFinch is taking shape as a home for practical writing about modern workplace technology and the services that support it.

## What is coming

The first field notes will cover Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint and device management, Entra ID, Conditional Access, security, IT service management and the realities of delivering change in a working environment.

Some posts will examine current industry news and product changes. Others will focus on implementation, recurring support problems, service improvement, leadership and the lessons that only become visible once a platform moves into day-to-day use.

## A practitioner’s perspective

This will not be a collection of rewritten vendor announcements. The intention is to add context: what a change means, where it may help, what needs checking and how it affects the people expected to support and use it.

I will write from my own experience of running services, managing Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments, implementing ITSM processes and remaining involved in the difficult technical work when something does not behave as expected.
